Hobbytech, French designer and manufacturer of radio-controlled cars, is proud to offer you this reproduction of the body of the 504 pickup under license. In this box, we offer several accessories (fender flares, headlight protection, stickers) that will allow you to reproduce the version of your choice (traditional 504 pickup or Dangel version).

Compared to the CRX 2, this new version includes new universal joints that are much stronger than previous models and specific running boards depending on the body model you choose.

After the success of the first version of the CRX, we wanted to develop a new chassis that is even more efficient and still as realistic. With our experience in the field of scale, we have designed a modern machine that meets the expectations of the most demanding modelers. The CRX 2 is now a successful and recognized platform.

The axles are designed and realistic. The transmission box has an anti-torque twist function. To optimize the steering angle, we offer spindles with an Ackerman angle of 0° (the wheels remain parallel when cornering).

The CRX 2 is equipped with aluminum shock absorbers with internal springs. They provide a lot of realism but above all great efficiency in crossing. Depending on the position of the springs, you can obtain a droop or semi-droop setting. The center of gravity of the machine is low to improve grip while allowing the wheels to go down to find the necessary grip and adhesion.

It is possible to add a PANHARD bar on the steering knuckles if your custom assembly requires it.

By changing the size of the connecting rods (see options) and the anchors on the chassis, it is possible to vary the wheelbase of the chassis.
